With all the retrogrades this year, it’s no wonder it’s been a season of introspection.
Retrogrades, by design, attune us to our inner world and what better way to expand our consciousness and solve all our problems, than to go within to see the deeper layers of who we actually are.
The thing about problems is they are just reflections of the part of ourselves we are ignoring or undernourishing.
And this brings me to the purpose of what I’d like to share today, as it’s been a wound my entire life and one I am always peeling back the layers to explore more deeply.
That wound is self acceptance.
Whether you’re leading a movement, healing your body, looking for love, or trying to get your life in order, whatever you are seeking, it all comes back to self acceptance.
Whatever problem you’re facing, self acceptance can lead the way to the solution.
Where are we not accepting ourselves?
Do we even know who she/he actually is or are we putting on a pseudo self suit every day?
Are we seeking validation from others on some subconscious level?
Social media is an operative that facilitates validation — its underlining “benefit” was marketed as a way to be socially connected or reconnected with old friends and family, make new friends, and interact with people all over the globe.
But social media in its primordial function was created intentionally (Daarpa) to prey off the natural human need to love and be loved.
But where does this desire ‘to love and be loved’ really come from?
Could it be that our deep desire for love is really just a symptom of a greater issue?
AUTHENTICITY IS THE NEW BLACK
I recently learned that authenticity is a higher vibration than love.
Take that in for a moment…
While the self love coaches and gurus are the poster children dedicated to growing the love and light movement, you know the ones — the self proclaimed enlightened ones spreading only ‘love and light’, where does authenticity go when positivity is the only remedy?
Personally, I’ve been more than attacked online and ridiculed from past clients (more than I care to admit) for so much as even uttering a word about the dark side of life.
We all have a dark side; it’s called a shadow. The world has it’s shadows too.
It’s pretty obvious that having a dark side is unacceptable to the love and light people, but what they don’t innerstand is that you will never be Whole without light’s polarity: darkness.
The only way to achieve true authenticity, which is vibrationally higher than love, is to let our dark side shine through.
This is how we achieve holistic love, which is balanced and integrated.
Perhaps holistic love IS authenticity. Hmm…
Yet, this is where self acceptance gets a bad wrap.
As soon as you start to accept yourself for who you are, begin showing the world your authentic “integrated” self, share your core values and inner most thoughts on social media (or otherwise), be prepared to be BANISHED.
This is where self acceptance becomes a villain within an individuals Mythic City.
Will you wobble back into your presumed safety cave for showing your true self?
Will you apologize to your thousands of followers, like SO many gurus and influencers did when they went against a narrative that wasn’t widely accepted by their so-called people?
Will you trade in your authenticity cape for your old raggedy clothes so you can fit in and take part in the Group Think?
Will you change your social media profile picture to show your Care and camaraderie to gain a sense of belonging to some cause or civil duty?
You have to wonder what the real pandemic was when we’ve got more people tearing down others for being their authentic self than helping the world to RISE.
If authenticity is a higher vibration than love, then perhaps it’s safe to say that we don’t live in an authentic society.
And with the trolls and disgruntled love and light tribe standing arrogantly awaiting to tear down and belittle those who are showing their authenticity, isn’t it safe to say, the love and light movement is a contradiction?
Cognitive dissonance at its finest.
SHADOW WORK, THE DOUBLE EDGED SWORD
Self acceptance is likely one of the most challenging parts of shadow work because you’re not only coming to head with the unintegrated parts of your self, but you’ve got society kicking and screaming for you to conform —to go back to how you used to be: inauthentic and weak.
It’s a double edged sword.
And it’s exhausting.
So what does it take to truly accept yourself in a world gone mad?
It takes a courageous soul to BE who they are despite what anyone else says or thinks about who they believe you SHOULD be.
One of my intentions with The Mystic Mirror (classes and workshops) is to aid in a growing community of *individuals* (and leaders) who value and prize self acceptance.
With my Chiron in Aries, I know my mission with Sacred Anarchy is only made possible by serving my kismet clients to get comfortable in their own skin.
As we say in Life Path Astrology®, your wound is your greatest gift to your kismet clients® because while you ache with this pain, you’re highly gifted at helping others resolve this ailment.
Serendipitously, this is also how you heal yourself. Talk about a holistic solution!
The Mystic Mirror is where we will get under the hood of the car, locate the programming and replace it with authenticity.
We value shadow work. Shadow work is where we can get deep, dark, and REAL. Just like my 2nd house Scorpio stellium likes it!
Here at The Mystic Mirror, we embrace the challenge of being disliked because ultimately, we know it symbolizes and proves we are doing THE GREAT WORK.
When you sacrifice your true self for a pseudo self, you strangle authenticity.
The life force energy of society is weak because the Group suffocated their authenticity. It’s grasping for air. It’s taking its last breath. It’s dying.
The love and light movement is KILLING our civilization and murdering our self esteem simultanesouly.
And I just won’t have it!
I will not tolerate being ridiculed for truth or shunned for going against the grain or disrespected for having boundaries!
Isn’t it time society holds up a WORLD MIRROR to see how deranged they’ve become?
Let’s be that mirror.
Let’s start being who we truly are without apologies.
Let’s start integrating our shadows and falling deeply in love with the parts of ourselves we have neglected and suppressed for so long.
They deserve to have a voice too! They are MAGICK.
This isn’t about narcissism. This is about self acceptance. It’s about embodying authenticity even if it makes other people squirm. Their squirm is just their shadow trying to be set free, but is ultimately being strangled. It’s very likely the very reason they they have to lash out at others…
You are The Mystic Mirror this world has been waiting for and the only way to use it for good is to first hold it up to yourself and ask yourself:
“Mirror, mirror on the wall, who am I really, after all?”
