This Simple Journaling Technique Will Change How You Think About Healing Old Wounds
When we go about improving ourselves, the greatest hurdle are those recurring thought forms that detour us from reaching our desired destination.
This is primarily why materializing our desires into the physical realm doesn’t show up.
And if it wasn’t bad enough to have these recurring thought patterns, we’ve also been programmed to believe that if we just “stay positive” things will work out.
So then, we spend our time trying to ignore the elephant in the room: the shadow.
You see, those recurring patterns and unwanted thought forms lay eggs in our mind that reproduce into other common feelings and thoughts.
So when you’re trying to “fake it til you make it” or watering everything down with your toxic positivity, you’re cultivating a colony of other thought form that also block your magick.
Eliphas Levi calls this colony: larvae.
However, there is a simple, yet powerful journaling technique, I’d like to confide in you, so you can disrupt those negative and unproductive thought forms and help bring your desired outcomes to fruition.
I’m calling this journal exercise: Swimming in the Abyss.
This powerful journaling technique is designed to help you dive deep into the darker, often overlooked aspects of your psyche.
Rather than avoiding uncomfortable thoughts and emotions, this method encourages you to confront them head-on by immersing yourself fully in the depth of your inner world.
As you journal, you allow your raw feelings and unresolved wounds to surface, exploring them without judgment.
The abyss symbolizes the uncharted territories of your subconscious, where your shadow self resides.
By swimming through these dark waters, you not only bring light to what was hidden but also begin to heal and integrate these fragmented parts of yourself, leading to profound emotional release and self-awareness.
And: materialization of physical results too.
This technique can be challenging, but it offers transformative healing by allowing you to process and make peace with your inner darkness and ultimately, banish your old programming. And dissolve faking anything
I will be sharing this technique in detail in my upcoming virtual retreat: SHADOW ALCHEMY: TRANSFORMING DARKNESS INTO STRENGTH
I hope to see you there!
